He was concise, leavel headed and subsequently I decided to replace the door as I have health issues. The door was ordered and true to his word he contacted me the week he promised to. The people arrived to fit the door and were very professional. Very tidy and very organised. I would not hesitate to recommend these people. It's needed to be adjusted since install, but Andy was on site a couple of hours after calling and sorted it out. Customer service as it should be.
