It's needed to be adjusted since install, but Andy was on site a couple of hours after calling and sorted it out. Customer service as it should be. He arrived in his company van which doubles up as a mobile showroom, and so he was able to show me samples of styles and colours and even show a demonstration video about the product and process. Andy was insightful and friendly, I had plenty of questions and looking back now some of them were probably silly as the answers were obvious, but nothing was too much trouble for Andy and he spent a good amount of time answering all of my queries…… my partner then popped out and Andy was only to happen to answer them all again!! As the installation date was approaching I had other tradesmen working on my dreiveway and so I asked Andy if he could delay my installation date at short notice, he was happy to accommodate even though I would imagine this was at inconvenience to him.
