We did have an issue a few weeks after installation as the door got stuck in open position but they came over the very next day to fix the problem. We had closed the door manually so it wasn’t left open overnight. Always very helpful with replacement remote batteries and communications etc. Thank you for a lovely door!

Andy offered to make time to visit me that same day, which he did. He arrived in his company van which doubles up as a mobile showroom, and so he was able to show me samples of styles and colours and even show a demonstration video about the product and process. Andy was insightful and friendly, I had plenty of questions and looking back now some of them were probably silly as the answers were obvious, but nothing was too much trouble for Andy and he spent a good amount of time answering all of my queries…… my partner then popped out and Andy was only to happen to answer them all again!! As the installation date was approaching I had other tradesmen working on my dreiveway and so I asked Andy if he could delay my installation date at short notice, he was happy to accommodate even though I would imagine this was at inconvenience to him. He was concise, leavel headed and subsequently I decided to replace the door as I have health issues. The door was ordered and true to his word he contacted me the week he promised to. The people arrived to fit the door and were very professional. Very tidy and very organised. I would not hesitate to recommend these people.
